Liability / Student Waiver Agreement
I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education, and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust my posture, and ask for support from the teacher.
Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. I affirm that my decision to practice yoga is completely on my own free will and after understanding the above statements.
Hatha Vidya Traditional School of Yoga Ltd. may take pictures and videos during Classes / Events / Workshops, and these may be used in their marketing material including all print & visual media platforms. My registration to the course/courses shall be considered as my approval for using these images & videos by Hatha Vidya Traditional School of Yoga Ltd.
I understand all fees paid are non-refundable. The class packages shall only be utilized by me and are non-transferrable to any other person.
I understand the inherent limitations of online classes and that its effectiveness is subject to several factors such as internet connection, devices used, and online meeting platform used. I further acknowledge that online classes experience will not be the same as physical class taken on the premises under direct supervision. I shall not hold liable Hatha Vidya Traditional School of Yoga Ltd. or its teachers for any injuries, technical issues, or other inconvenience, if any, faced during online classes.
I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or hereafter may have against Hatha Vidya Traditional School of Yoga Ltd. and its yoga instructors/teachers.
I hereby confirm that all the information provided above or otherwise in connection with my registration is true and accurate. I have read, agree with, and will adhere to this information (Please have a Parent/Guardian sign if under 18-year-old).
